Fully functional but of note FRAME IS CRACKED SEE PICTURE. I have assembled the reel like that and the piece is in place. Likely able to be welded on… Eccentric lever has play from wear. MISSING HANDLE NUT LOCK SCREW AND ONE HANDLE SIDE PLATE SCREW. MISSING ROD CLAMP ASSEMBLY
Spool areas with corrosion have been epoxied
